The rain was really pouring down when we opened our doors for this morning’s visit by Västerås Stad & Närlingsliv - Västerås Stad during Business Week 2026 (Företagsveckan 2026), here at PROWIT ☔😊
But despite the grey skies, it turned into a warm and inspiring conversation about topics that are truly close to our hearts: people, recruitment, competence, and the future of the job market.
For us, it has always been about daring to see the potential in people. We believe in giving young talents the opportunity to grow and develop, just as much as we value experience and senior expertise. Isabelle Sammils’ journey is a great example of how much can happen when newly graduated talents are given the right environment to grow. Everyone is needed, and it is precisely in the combination of drive, curiosity, and experience that strong teams are built.
We truly appreciate the close dialogue between the business community and the City of Västerås around these important topics. It is together that we create the right conditions for both people and companies to grow and succeed in the long term.
