We at Prowit had the pleasure of attending HR-Dagen in Västerås as exhibitors.
It was a day filled with many valuable meetings and engaging discussions. In particular, we explored topics such as the postponed pay transparency directive, emotional salary, the ongoing labor dispute, leadership, and how destructive patterns can impact organizations.
